Haeuse wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return according to the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.

Haeuse accepts return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Haeuse requires customers to contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Customers must receive return approval and follow the provided return instructions before shipping the product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Haeuse customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as Haeuse is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once Haeuse receives and inspects the returned item, we will process the refund if the return meets our policy requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow time for your payment provider to complete the refund process.

Haeuse does not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Certain products may not be eligible for return if they are marked as final sale or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
